About Women's Clinic of the Rio Valley
Women’s Clinic of the Rio Grande Valley is a full-service women’s health practice offering the best in diagnostics and advanced treatment options across the full scope of OB/GYN needs. Under the leadership of Fernando Otero, MD, the practice serves women of all ages from in and around McAllen and Edinburg, Texas.
